Business Leader
Like everyone, I went to my first Tupperware demonstration I wanted to encourage a colleague who was hosting the party.
Since my daughter was starting school, I thought I would buy small containers for her lunches, (in my mind I thought this Tupperware party was going to be an evening with senior only), not knowing that was not the case…I was surprised to see many young people.
Once I was there, I quickly realized that Tupperware had evolved and changed in so many ways, especially now that you could eat healthy and quickly. Back then, I was working for my parents in a family business. I was working from 50 to 80-90 hours a week in my parents corner store. Being a mother of a 3 year old and a 5 year old, the idea of fast and healthy cooking was very interesting!!!.
So, to help my girlfriend who was missing a dating to get all her gifts, I dated a party not just for her but also because I quickly realized that to have everything I wanted, hosting a presentation at home was the best option, so I set a date for a party.
Between attending my first Tupperware party and hosting one at my home, I had met a surgeon to find out how much a complete tummy tuck would cost me, because in my life I was lucky enough to be the mother of 3 wonderful children. In my first pregnancy, I had a beautiful, girl, Mathilde, who weighed 10 pounds. and at my second pregnancy I had twins: Beatrice and Albert who weighed 7 pounds each. I was 60 inches in waist! Ouff !!! Unfortunately, our little man was born with a throat malformation that prevented him from breathing on is own and we had to make the hard decision to let him go after 4 months at Ste-Justine hospital. My belly therefore needed love, and me too!
The surgeon told me that it would cost $ 10,000 ish !!! So, at my demonstration, when I was told about the benefits of being self-employed at Tupperware, I took my chances to be able to find my figure from before.
First month I achieved star manager, and second month DIQ, WOW $$$
After only 4 months at Tupperware I had the money for the operation! Unbelievable! WOO HOO
After the operation I went back to work…eating, sleeping and working, over and over!
In my head, I was was not into it, I knew that at Tupperware I could be earning $1,000.00 a week working 30 hours and making brownies at people’s homes while demonstrating the product. I could enjoy life again and be home for my husband and my children. So, I made the decision to leave the family business to make Tupperware full time.
I love what I do and I am staying at Tupperware because I am now a business woman who earns more than $ 100,000.00 a year, I have a company car, I’ve qualified for several trip a year, all while being a stay home mother. What else can I say but *I love my job and I love my life!*
If I do it everyone can do it, just dare to try it and believe it!
